Ingredients:
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean stew beef, cut in 1/2 to 1-inch cubes
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) golden mushroom soup
- 3 to 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
Preparation:
Place meat in crockpot; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then cover with the
chopped onion. Mix together water, Worcestershire sauce, and soup; pour over the beef
and onions.
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. Stir in cream cheese 15 minutes before serving.
Serve over hot buttered noodles.
