Easy Crockpot Beef Stroganoff


Beef stroganoff with cream cheese and golden mushroom soup. Scroll down to see more beef stroganoff recipes.


  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean stew beef, cut in 1/2 to 1-inch cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) golden mushroom soup
  • 3 to 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature


Place meat in crockpot; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then cover with the chopped onion. Mix together water, Worcestershire sauce, and soup; pour over the beef and onions. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. Stir in cream cheese 15 minutes before serving.
Serve over hot buttered noodles.
