Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Put steak cubes in crockpot with butter, cream of mushroom soup, paprika, onion, and water. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high 1 hour then low 4 to 6 hours. Add sour cream during last 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
