Excellent Recipe tweeked with what I had on hand, Member mici1196

Excellent....I added a 32 oz box of beef soup and a can of cream of mushroom to the mix and I had 3 lbs of stew beef. We like a lot of gravy for our noodles. I cut an onion in half and took out before serving, no onions for my husband... I cooked the meat mixture on high for about 5 hrs then added a tbls of cornstarch in cold water, thickened just a bit and I was out of sour cream so we ate it with out. This is the best stroganoff I have ever made. usually I use sliced thin steak on the stove top but the cubed meat was so tender...this is a winner!!!! Easy and quick too!
