Easy Crockpot Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean stew beef or beef tips, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or until beef is tender. If possible, stir occasionally. Serve over noodles.

"This is an excellent and way too easy recipe. The flavor is exceptional for the limited ingredients. I added a medium sliced onion and a 4oz can of sliced mushrooms(half the water drained). After 9 hours the meat came out spoon tender. Next time I might also use a larger Crock-pot and make a double batch just to see how it freezes. I would definately recommend this and may even rotate it into a regular rotation at my house."
