Ingredients:
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds lean stew beef or beef tips, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9
hours, or until beef is tender. If possible, stir occasionally. Serve
over noodles.
