Ingredients:
- 2 cups orange sections
- 1 cup coarsely snipped dried figs
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- sugar
- 1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut
Preparation:
In a serving bowl, combine orange sections with figs and lime juice; add a little sugar, to taste. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until serving time. Fig ambrosia serves 4.
