- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen strawberries, thawed
- 16 marshmallows, quartered
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Preparation:
Combine strawberries and marshmallows; refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Add pineapple, coconut, and whipped cream. Chill thoroughly. Serve in dessert cups or sherbet glasses. Garnish this quick and easy dessert with strawberry halves, if desired.
