A quick and easy chocolate hot fudge sauce recipe.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (14 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
