Ingredients:
- 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with ice cream, bread pudding, baked apples, or other desserts.Makes 1 cup.
