Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cold whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons cold maple syrup, Grade B if possible
Preparation:
Have mixing bowl and beaters chilled for best results.
Beat whipped cream until soft peaks form; add maple syrup and beat until firm.
