PREPARATION:Cut avocados in half and remove seeds. The easiest way to remove the seed is to tap with a large sharp knife so it sticks into it. Twist the knife and the seed will lift out. Peel the halved avocados. Blend or press avocado through a sieve or use a food mill. Add remaining ingredients; mix to blend well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Serve as a dip or as a topping for salads, burrito, etc..
