Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 salmon steaks
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 to 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms, sautéed in 2 to 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Bake for 20 minutes. Top salmon with sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking uncovered for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of the steaks.
Serves 4 to 6.
