Ingredients:

  • 2 packages orange flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained and cut up
  • 1 can (8 to 9 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

"Wonderful salad, fruity & refreshing! Took it to a covered-dish dinner and had several people ask for the recipe. I made one small change to the topping - I'm not a ""marshmallow"" person so I added 1/3 cup powdered sugar to the sour cream and 1/2 cup shredded coconut and let it chill for a bit longer. This made a great topping!"
