The Beat Gingerbread Recipe I've Tried, Member cindyhoover

Wow! I thought my mom's recipe was the best, but this is incredible - very tender. I took it to work and shared with my co workers - they loved it! Just doubled it for a 9 x 13 pan. Easy! Have only tried serving it with whipped cream, but I will try the lemon sauce next.
