Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, sift before measuring
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

The Beat Gingerbread Recipe I've TriedJanuary 05, 2008By cindyhoover
"Wow! I thought my mom's recipe was the best, but this is incredible - very tender. I took it to work and shared with my co workers - they loved it! Just doubled it for a 9 x 13 pan. Easy! Have only tried serving it with whipped cream, but I will try the lemon sauce next."
