  • 16 ounces green beans, cooked
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced in strips
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced in strips
  • 1 small onion, halved and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper

Pretty darn tasty, Member enilorac2649

Used green beans that I had lightly steamed (5 minutes) and added them to peppers, onions and one clove of garlic in the skillet. Under cooked everything and found it all very tasty - beans and peppers were still crispy. Very easy.
