Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
- 4 to 6 chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation:
Mix parsley and thyme together, or use 2 teaspoons fines herbes. Mix bourbon, maple syrup, and oil together. Combine mixtures, cover, and marinate chicken in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Grill over medium coals until chicken is cooked, turning occasionally. Boil leftover marinade and use to baste chicken the last 5 to 10 minutes of grilling.Serves 4 to 6
