Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Lbs Boneless Chicken
- 8 Oz Ranch Salad Dressing
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Basil
- 1 Tsp Fresh Black Pepper
- 1 Med Red Onion
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 8 Large Mushrooms
- 2 C Cooked White Rice
Preparation:
Cut chicken to 1 1/2" pieces. Marinate overnight with dressing, basil, oregano, and black pepper. Put chicken on skewers with vegetables. Cook on grill. Serve over hot rice. Great !Serves 4.
