- 2 to 3 pounds pork tenderloin cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. chunky peanut butter, natural if possible
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
