Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder blend
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 pounds flat iron steak (2 to 3 steaks or use flank steak)
Preparation:
Combine all seasonings and spices.Rub the steak all over with the seasonings, wrap in plastic or put in a food storage bag. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill over hot coals for 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
Serves 4.
