Ingredients:
- 2 cups bulgur wheat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 5 cups beef or chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in the Crock Pot and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.Serves 6.
