A Solid Basic ChiliOctober 24, 2008By Beer001
"This is a fine basic chili recipe. People like their chili lots of different ways and this is a great place to start. As Diana suggests one can spice it up with peppers, spices, etc.; personally I like a chili that bites back so I'll be adding a healthy does of hot ground pepper next time I make it."
