i make this often!, Member votemom

i wouldn't really classify it as ""southern"", but it is a quick and easy family weeknight dinner that i make often. i have kids from 7 up to 26 at home and everyone gobbles it up. i add the chilies to the milk/egg/bisquick mixture. add the cheese the last 5 min or it gets too brown/dry. serve with shredded lettuce and sour cream, with chips & fresh guac on the side. very good! i've made it with taco seasoning mix, salsa, and even a combination of both. you can't really screw this up.
