Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 carrot sliced
- 2 to 3 cups water or beef broth
- 1/4 cups flour dissolved in small amount of water
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
Brown meat and onions. Add potatoes, carrots, and water or broth. Cook until tender. Thicken with flour and
water mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
