Added as a variation to Shepards Pie Rotation, Member an10566

I often make shepards pie, so I tried this to change it up a bit, and made a few changes with kept the moisture without making it soggy, adding flavor, and keeping it as a comfort food. I added the potatoes cheese flour corn and butter together, added salt and pepper to that. I seasoned the beef with lawrys seasoned salt, and sauteed it with the onions and peppers, letting it cook out the excess liquids on its own, adding the drained diced tomatoes in at the end, so that when it was heated in the oven it wouldnt be overly soft. Otherwise it came out very very good.
