Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef, round or chuck
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 envelope (1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 3/4 cup cold water
- sour cream
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
- sliced ripe olives
Preparation:
Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 25 minutes. Serve garnished with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and ripe olives.
Taco casserole serves 4 to 6.
