Easy to make, Member southernfoodluva

This is a really great tasting dish and was very easy to make. I didn't add the olives, because i did't have them, and I just put some salsa on the top in the last 10 minuts of cooking. I added a dollop of sour cream when i served it. My guest loved it and so did I. I'll definitely make this one again.
