Fast, easy and delicious!November 20, 2009By sed25
"I am in college and i usually cook for my roommates. I wanted to try something different. i had most of the ingredients in my kitchen although I had to make a few substitutions. I didn't have tomatoes but i had canned tomatoes with peppers i threw in the meet and on top and i just used a package of taco seasoning. Also i used some left over corn and chopped up a half a green pepper and threw that on top too. i left out the chips and had people put them on the bottom of their plate. I think you could throw anything in and it would be great. Everyone loved it and i can’t wait to eat it for lunch again. It was fast, easy and delicious!"
