Cook Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped, cooked ham
  • 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

"I made this using a bechamel sauce with sharp cheddar, munster and a bit of romano cheese instead of the mushroom soup because the can of mushroom soup I had was outdated. I also used fresh broccoli. It was quite good and I would make again. Next time I would probably try it with the cream of mushroom soup & sour cream for convenience sake & to try recipe as written."
