A tasty ham casserole with hard cooked eggs, vegetables, and potato chip topping.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • dash pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips, bread crumbs or French fried onions for topping

"This recipe is called a casserole. Actually it had something missing. It did not have enough form to be a casserole. Possibly it would be better with the addition of rice or small pasta or perhaps over angel hair pasta. It was slightly soupy. The taste was o.k. but it lacked enough substance to be a satisfying main course."
