Ingredients:
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen asparagus spears
- prepared mustard
- 8 slices ham, 1/8-inch thick
- 4 teaspoons melted butter
- 1 jar (8 ounces) process cheese spread
Preparation:
Cook asparagus in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well. Heat oven to 350°. Spread a little mustard on each ham slice. Place 5 or 6 asparagus spears on each ham slice; roll up. Place ham rolls in a shallow baking dish, about 10x6 inches in size. Brush asparagus tips sticking out of the ham rolls with the melted butter. Spoon cheese spread evenly over ham rolls. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until heated through.Serves 4.
