Hash with ham and cooked potatoes, along with chopped vegetables and seasonings.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked, and diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried crumbled thyme

"I needed to cook something really fast and quick. So I had lots of leftover Ham from the holidays and if you like to have breakfast for Dinner every now and then, Well this is the ticket.. It was so delicious with scrambled eggs and cheese ... I recommend this dish highly..."
