Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen hash browns, thawed (30 oz)
- 1 small Velveeta cheese, cubed (8 to 12 ounces)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt. casserole and bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.I will sometimes use the jar of spicy mexican velveeta. YUMMY!!!
