Pork Chop and Hash Brown Casserole

This hash brown casserole is a main dish casserole, made with pork chops, hash brown potatoes, cheese, sour cream, and more.

Ingredients:

• 6 pork chops
• veg. oil
• seasoned salt
• 1 can crm of celery soup
• 1/2 c milk
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 pkg. (24oz) frozen O'Brien or hash brown potatoes, thawed
• 1 c (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 cans (2.8oz each) French Fried onions
• garlic powder to taste
• 1/2 cube butter (2 ounces)

Preparation:

Brown chops in the oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 tsp seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, half of the French fried onions, garlic powder and butter (small pieces). Spoon this mixture into a 9x13 dish. Arrange chops over potatoes and bake covered at 350° for 40 minutes. Top with rest of the cheese and onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
