Orange Ice Cream

Orange juice concentrate gives this ice cream great orange flavor. Serve this ice cream with strawberry sauce or a chocolate fudge sauce.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 3/4 cup half-and-half
• 1/2 cup pasteurized egg product
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup sugar

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth and well blended. Pour into ice cream freezer bowl and freeze according to ice cream machine manufacturer's instructions.
Makes about 1 quart.
