Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup pasteurized egg product
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup sugar
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth and well blended. Pour into ice cream freezer bowl and freeze according to ice cream machine manufacturer's instructions.Makes about 1 quart.
