Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled thoroughly. Pour into an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Serve with sweetened berries or dessert sauce.Makes about 3 cups.
