An easy frozen peach pie recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 baked and cooled 9-inch pie shell
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup sweetened crushed raspberries, fresh or frozen
Preparation:
Spoon ice cream into cooled pastry shell; top with sliced peaches. Spoon crushed raspberries over the peaches.
