Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 small packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
Cream butter and cream cheese; gradually add part of the sugar, alternating with chocolate then milk, until well blended and spreading consistency is reached. Beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla.Frosts 2 9-inch round layers.
