Use this flavorful orange frosting to frost cupcakes, a Bundt cake, or layer cake.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • finely grated zest of 1 orange

"Apparently my new hubby's birthday cake was always lemon cake with orange frosting...made by his mother...I looked up many recipes for ""orange frosting""...chose this one, and BAM! Awesome recipe! I'll for sure use this one again!! Just the right amount of orange/citrus flavor. Only thing...I didn't use as much sugar as called for. otherwise great tasting!!"
