Mock sour cream recipe is a sour cream substitute made with cottage cheese and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in blender; cover and process until smooth and creamy. Use in dips or in other recipes in place of regular sour cream.
