This is a recipe for key lime pie bars with Key lime juice, from Mitzi.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
Combine first three ingredients and press into a 9x13x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over baked crust. Place in 350° oven again and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until filling is set. If needed, cover with foil and bake longer than 30 minutes to ensure a complete baked filling but not a burned top! Let cool completely and sift with additional powdered sugar. Cut key lime bars into squares.
