Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced cooked lamb
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or shredded Cheddar or other

This was quite good, Member trudyburch

This turned out pretty good. It was quite savory and the only change I would make would be to omit the cheese. We used cheddar and it would have been just as good without it.
