- flour, for dredging
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup flour, enough to thicken
