Shell and sort beans according to size.
Blanching Time:
Boil small beans 2 minutes, medium beans 3 minutes and large beans 4 minutes.
Pack:
Leave 1 inch of headspace.
Yield:
4 pounds of beans = approximately 2 pints frozen.
