Ingredients:
- 16 ounces frozen baby Lima beans
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Drain well. Add the cream and butter. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
Serves 4 to 6.
