This delicious lobster salad makes a wonderful lunch or supper salad when you need something for a special occasion. Serve the lobster salad on lettuce leaves with sliced tomatoes or use it as a filling for buns or rolls.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cooked lobster, cooled, cut in chunks (2 to 3 1-pound lobsters)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 scant teaspoon dried dill weed or about 1 tablespoon fresh snipped dill weed
- 3 tablespoons diced celery
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- lettuce leaves
- sliced tomatoes
- sliced cucumbers
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the lobster with the remaining ingredients. Stir to blend the ingredients.
Spoon onto lettuce leaves and serve with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers or use to fill buns or rolls.
