Margarita Salsa Recipe

This mango or peach salsa recipe was shared by Colleen.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped mild or sweet onion
  • 2 cups diced mangoes or peaches
  • 1-2 tablespoons minced, seeded serrano or other small chili
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons tequila or orange juice or orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoons finely grated lime peel
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 ground cumin

Preparation:

Mix well and serve warm. Use as a meat accompaniment or as a delicious topping for sweet potatoes.
