This mango or peach salsa recipe was shared by Colleen.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped mild or sweet onion
- 2 cups diced mangoes or peaches
- 1-2 tablespoons minced, seeded serrano or other small chili
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro
- 3 tablespoons tequila or orange juice or orange liqueur
- 1 tablespoons finely grated lime peel
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 ground cumin
Preparation:
Mix well and serve warm. Use as a meat accompaniment or
as a delicious topping for sweet potatoes.
