Ingredients:
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, diced
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, about 85% to 90% lean
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, diced bacon, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well and shape into 5 to 6 burgers. Grill, broil, or pan grill until cooked as desired.
If making cheeseburgers, add cheese the last few minutes and cook until the cheese is melted.
