Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs -- beaten
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 can (8oz) taco sauce
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup -- undiluted
Preparation:
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; drain off any excess grease. Blend
and heat taco sauce and soup; pour over meat balls. Cover and continue
baking for 30 minutes longer.
Serves 6.
