Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced (about 3 cups sliced)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
Put potatoes and onion in a buttered 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt. Mix remaining ingredients; spread on vegetables. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes.Serves 4 to 6.
