Chopped dill pickle makes this meatloaf special.

Cook Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely minced dill pickle
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup tomato juice
