Meatloaf Recipe Ideas

I warm the meatloaf slices in the microwave about 1 minute when making sandwiches. Just to take the chill off the meat. I think it tastes better. Another quick meal idea is to put the slices in the pan with tomato sauce and some Italian seasoning and garlic. Heat. Pour sauce over cooked drained pasta. Put the meatloaf slices on top. Slice or sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top. Microwave no more than 1 minute just to melt cheese. Quick and easy meal.
